Privacy Policy
Effective October 21, 2026
Stellar Productions LLC (“Stellar,” “we,” “us”), based in Ashburn, Virginia, operates stellarprd.com and the Stellar SEO Platform, a reporting portal we run for our search-marketing clients. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who can see it, and how to have it deleted. Questions: sonny@stellarprd.com.
Information we collect
Website visitors. When you use stellarprd.com or book a consultation we collect what you give us (name, email, phone, company, project details) and standard technical data (IP address, browser, pages viewed) through our hosting provider, Vercel Analytics, and the Meta Pixel, which we use to measure our advertising.
Platform accounts. For people who sign in to the Stellar SEO Platform: name, email address, a password (stored hashed), and a record of sign-ins and administrative actions for security.
Connected Google account data. When a client authorizes a connection, the Platform requests read-only access to:
- Google Search Console (
webmasters.readonly): search clicks, impressions, click-through rate and average position for the client’s verified site, by date, search query, page, device and country; sitemap and indexing status. - Google Analytics (
analytics.readonly): sessions, engaged sessions, users, key events (conversions) and revenue for the client’s property, by date, channel, landing page and traffic source. - Basic profile (
openid, email): the email address of the Google account that authorized the connection, so the client can see which account is connected.
We do not request access to Gmail, Drive, Contacts, Calendar, or any data outside these scopes. Further connections (Google Business Profile, Google Ads, Meta) are requested separately with their own consent screens and are likewise read-only.
Client websites. With a client’s written authorization we may crawl their own website to check technical health (page titles, headings, links, status codes, page speed). We respect robots.txt.
How we use it
- To respond to enquiries and deliver the services a client has engaged us for.
- To display each client’s performance data in their dashboard and reports, and keep a history so trends can be shown over time.
- To generate recommendations for Stellar’s team on improving the client’s search performance.
- To operate, secure and support our website and the Platform.
- To measure our own advertising on stellarprd.com.
We do not sell personal data. Connected Google data is used only to provide reporting and recommendations to the client whose account it came from. It is not used for advertising, for profiling individuals, or to develop, improve or train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.
Limited Use disclosure
The Stellar SEO Platform’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide and improve user-facing features for the client who authorized it; is not transferred to third parties except as needed to provide those features or to comply with law; is not used for advertising; and is not read by humans except with the client’s consent, for security purposes, or to comply with law.
Who can see it
- The client’s own authorized users. Each Platform login sees only its own client’s data.
- Stellar staff who work on that client’s account.
- Service providers that host our website and the Platform (web and database hosting in the United States), who process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments and do not use it for their own purposes.
We share data with no one else, except where required by law.
Storage and security
Data is stored in the United States. OAuth tokens for connected accounts are encrypted at rest. Platform access requires a password, and access to each client’s data is enforced at the database level. Only the minimum permissions needed for reporting are requested.
Retention and deletion
- Raw API responses are kept for 30 days and then deleted.
- Normalized performance history is kept for as long as the client remains a Stellar client.
- When an engagement ends, or on request, we delete the client’s Platform data within 30 days and provide an export on request.
- A client can revoke a Google connection at any time, from the Platform (which deletes the stored token) or from their Google Account’s third-party access settings. Revoking stops any further collection.
- Consultation enquiries are kept for as long as needed to follow up and for our business records.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data, or to revoke any connection, by emailing sonny@stellarprd.com. We respond within 30 days. Residents of states with privacy laws (for example Virginia or California) have the rights those laws provide; we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can limit advertising cookies through your browser or Meta’s ad settings.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date. Material changes to how we use connected account data will be communicated to clients directly.
