Terms of Service
Effective October 21, 2026
These terms govern use of stellarprd.com and the Stellar SEO Platform (together, the “Services”), operated by Stellar Productions LLC (“Stellar”), Ashburn, Virginia. A client’s signed services agreement with Stellar controls where it conflicts with these terms.
1. Access
Platform logins are issued by Stellar to clients and their designated staff. Keep your credentials confidential and tell us if you believe an account has been compromised. We may suspend access we believe is being misused.
2. Connected accounts
By connecting a Google or Meta account you confirm you are authorized to grant Stellar read-only access to that account’s data for reporting. You can revoke access at any time; see our Privacy Policy.
3. Data
Performance data remains the client’s. Stellar uses it only as described in the Privacy Policy. Reports and recommendations are prepared for the client and may be shared within the client’s organization.
4. No guarantee of results
Search-engine rankings and traffic depend on factors outside anyone’s control. Figures shown in the Platform come from third-party sources (Google, Meta, data providers) and may be revised by those sources; estimated or sampled figures are labeled as such.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access other clients’ data, probe or disrupt the Services, or use them in violation of law or of the terms of any connected service.
6. Availability
The Services are provided as is. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may change features over time.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Stellar’s liability arising from the Services is limited to the fees paid for the services in the preceding three months, and Stellar is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Termination
Platform access ends when the services engagement ends or on 30 days’ notice by either party. Data is handled on termination as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law
Virginia law governs these terms.
